Community moderation, another look
for each thread, a logged in user can post an appeal to get the poet removed or the poster temporarily moved or banned. The appeal uses Ai to determine if the appeal is relevant, and this occurs silently.
The offending posts/posters are rethreaded to a dummy board which is identical to the main board where bots now play all the key roles which are designed to subtly encourage going away but are never overt enough to alarm the offender.

Then the AI will monitor that offender for improvement in their mental state, and may eventually remerge them with the general population.
Or they can spend a decade cursing modfilth bots in a vacuum.
