Take 1lb of Velveeta and cube it.

Put it in your kitchenaid. Add in a little wine, a little dijon, and some milk. Blend with the paddle attachment until creamy. Add more milk if you want it more watery, personally I like it a little thicker.

Add liquid smoke, paprika, and some garlic powder.

Then add 4 - 6 slices of American cheese. Blend them in so its still a little chunky.
