The math is simple: rent goes up, wages dont, people get desperate, some of them are armed. CMBS delinquency hitting 6.2% tells you the landlords are hurting too. The entire housing system is stressed from both sides and both sides are angry. This is a market signal nobody puts in their Bloomberg terminal.
