One or two days a month then 90% normal for the rest of the month

But those 2 days of pain are wasted in a hospital.

Considering the first 14 hospital visits diagnosed me wrong...

Then, 2 got it right.

But, it seems like nobody gives a fuq now that the outlook isnt good.

In fact, it seems like most doctors are now doing nothing to treat the cause and just trying to do the minimum to get me out the door to protect their insurance or something. Or maybe my death will screw up their stats or social media timeline.

I had 5 LAD heart attacks Oct 30th 2024.

I walk every day minimum 1.6 miles up to 6.2 miles.

Then a minor arrhythmia in January this year and again on Mar 23rd.

It is not a troll.

It isnt bad enough to need a pacemaker but it is VERY uncomfortable.

It is worse on my mental health than on my physical health though.

I had some of that going. It can be from many things, My primary issue was a reaction to a glp -1 type of drug that was raising my heart rate 10bpm. Since my heart rate is up from caffeine. weed, covid, stress, spicy food, etc.. that was causing a problem. Dropping that glp drug resolved the issue for me, and switching up my weedy variety and drinking less coffee, and exercising, and doing a few rounds of natokinase and that round of covid passing got it done.

I'm cranking out 40 minute rides on the bike no problem and not noticing those occasional polyrhythmic beats anymore. ymmv.
