HARD TO BEAT!!! AM: Off to YE OLDE WALMART, where we picked up a wonderful rib eye for dinner, things the wife wanted and a stop for hardware!
In the back, I have now progressed with the plumbing for 5 garden beds. As of right now, FOUR of the FIVE beds are complete with about 1/2 hour to full completion! The wife wanted me to come in as it was getting cool and the wife so looks out for me! Tomorrow, I will wrap that up and begin on the next section or project.
One of the sons has been at Tahoe - coming and going as his obligations call. I look to see that his stay is extended into this week. TO MY SURPRISE AND DELIGHT, long stay guests are checking in the afternoon of my son checking out that morning!!!!! WOW!!! 
I didn't expect that, but SOMETHING I'm doing there sure is working!!!
I grilled the steak to perfection, along with a plate of baby asparagus! YUM DINNER!!!
With all that work and movement, I'm sure to sleep well. Tomorrow is predicted to be a delightful 72 degrees, so the back yard "Parc Boisee", will be a hive of activity!!

OK, I'll take that as a legit question. I lived in San Francisco for my entire life and prospered. I sold my alarm business in 2015 and we took (AT PHILLIP MCCAVITY'S SUGGESTION) a long weekend trip to BOISE. Labor Day 2018.
We fell in love with the place SO MUCH on the first day, we decided to follow this real estate lady on Sunday - just to see what our dollar might buy us IF we ever decided to retire out of SF. We found a cute home that we thought would be our style.
AS we were having Sunday dinner there, we got news that TWO home invasion robberies had just happened on our home block in San Francisco. The police REFUSED do do anything about it because the criminal was a HOMELESS person. We know a hint when we see one. We called the nice real estate lady and had her put in an offer THAT NIGHT.
By Thanksgiving, we were in our new BOISE home.

Yeah, that's the way it went. One thing HASN'T changed, though: Our resident (fill in the blank) spanky continues to live with his unlimited RAGE and JEALOUSY about my life and successes. Even putting in a drip watering system just seems to trigger his insanity. He blames me for not having a successful life.
That's his problem, not mine.
