There is a 5,000 sf 1910s Federal style home with a MIL house in the back on my block. The big house has been subdivided into four apartments.   One of the previous slumlords allowed an attic window damaged during a windstorm to stay broken and the attic acquired a flock of pigeons.   Of course there was soon pigeon shyt everywhere.   I had to call the health department to get the shytbag to fix the window and send the birds packing.
