Baggers still waiting for that evidence of election fraud

60 failed court cases and not a single piece of evidence has ever been revealed.

Why do you base your opinions on feelings and propaganda rather than data and facts?

Re: Baggers still waiting for that evidence of election fraud

Actually most of the election fraud was done by Republicans.  It's easy to rationalize and justify it when you already think the other side is "cheating."  Then you might see your cheating as "evening the score."  Also, in general, right now Trump supporters tend to be way more extreme than most Democrats.  The average Democrat still believes in free and fair elections.  The average Trump supporter does not and basically just thinks Trump should be declared "King for Life."

Will Trump propose a marriage between Kim Ju Ae and Baron Trump? This could finally result in a unified (and nuke armed) Korea?

Kansas Mayor Who Voted for Trump as Noncitizen Faces Felony Charges

A small-town Kansas mayor is in trouble for voting illegally as a noncitizen—but he has the support of his town.

Joe Ceballos was recently reelected mayor of Coldwater, Kansas, by a comfortable 101-20 margin. But just hours before the results came in, Ceballos, a legal permanent U.S. resident, was charged in state court with three counts of election perjury and three counts of voting without being qualified.

The Trump administration gleefully highlighted the case as it reinforced right-wing claims of widespread voter fraud. Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin included Ceballos’s picture and a copy of his signature on a voter registration form on a press release, saying, “This alien committed a felony by voting in American elections.”

But the town of Coldwater, almost entirely Republican, is rallying around their mayor, who voted for Donald Trump in the last three elections and has lived in the town since he was a teenager. Ceballos, 55, came to the United States at the age of 4 from Mexico, moving around a lot with his family before settling in Coldwater, close to Kansas’s border with Oklahoma. He received his green card in 1990.

Ceballos told The New York Times that he has never been back to Mexico since he left. While he used to help police as a Spanish interpreter, he doesn’t speak the language very well these days. According to the Times, by all appearances he is a Kansan—he drives a Ram truck, has a slight Southern Plains accent, and wears cowboy boots.

“I still strongly believe in Trump’s immigration laws about, ‘Let’s get the bad guys out of here.’ You know, they’re murderers, they killed people, they molested people, let’s get them out of here,” Ceballos said to the publication. “But I feel like I don’t fit that category. And I feel like that’s how they’re treating me.”

Woman charged with voter fraud wants to be SLO County’s top elections official

A two-time former Arroyo Grande mayoral candidate who faces a looming trial for eight felony charges of election and voter fraud now wants to be San Luis Obispo County’s top elections official.

On Saturday, Gaea Powell, who is representing herself in her ongoing election fraud case, launched her campaign website to run for the clerk-recorder seat held by Elaina Cano.

She is running on a platform of “radical” transparency and accountability, restoring election integrity and protecting constitutional rights.

“San Luis Obispo County needs a leader who is bold enough — and unafraid — to alert the public to unjust election laws and empower citizens to elect representatives who truly reflect the people’s will,” Powell told The Tribune in a written statement. “Party lines mean nothing if our elections lack integrity. The current web of nonsensical election dictates has severely damaged public trust and must be confronted head-on.”

The official candidate filing window is from Feb. 9 to March 6. The California Primary Election is on June 2.

Clerk-recorder candidate accused of election fraud Powell’s campaign website does not address the charges against her or her ongoing criminal case, which she has previously called a “politically motivated” strategy to prevent her from running for office again. The charges relate to her residency during her campaigns for Arroyo Grande mayor, when she split her time between two residences inside and outside the city limits. During the 2024 election, she admitted to spending most of her time at her residence outside the city limits, at 567 Heritage Lane — which is the address now listed on her campaign website. Powell was told at the time by city clerk Jessica Matson that there were “no residency restrictions related to time spent at one residence within the city limits versus at another outside city limits.”

Iowa official’s wife charged with 52 counts of voter fraud

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) — The wife of a northwestern Iowa county supervisor has been charged with 52 counts of voter fraud after she allegedly filled out and cast absentee ballots in her husband’s unsuccessful race for a Republican nomination to run for Congress in 2020, federal prosecutors said.

Kim Phuong Taylor, 49, was arrested Thursday and pleaded not guilty to the charges before being released on a personal recognizance bond, the Sioux City Journal reported. Her trial is scheduled to begin March 20.

Prosecutors allege in an indictment unsealed Thursday that Phuong Taylor filled out voter registration forms or delivered absentee ballots for people in Sioux City’s Vietnamese community who had limited ability to read and understand English.

She filled out “dozens of voter registrations, absentee ballot request forms, and absentee ballots containing false information,” and delivered absentee ballots, sometimes without the knowledge of the people whose names were used, according to the indictment.

They have not proved anything, you cretin.  This whole thread was about Baggats and loony sovereign citizens violating voting laws.  Can you read?  Or do you just reflexively blather when you encounter something you don't like?

Never seen a post here that points to any real evidence. I’ve seen posts that make accusations and cite wildly absurd conspiracy theories - but that’s not evidence.

Own the fuq out of me - post a link to actual evidence of fraud.
