Clearly state your positions.
Gather a following.
Get elected.
Get elected to a higher office.
Win Presidential election.
Appoint a couple Supreme Court judges.
Get them approved through the senate.
Change the law.
And finally, do it before it becomes stare decisis.

Or, you could just try getting in your car and running over a law enforcement officer and find out for yourself.
