That's what I think. It's pasta plus rice, those have stratospheric shelf lives. The big question is the cheese powder. But it is sealed in an airtight package and it is completely dry. That seemed perfectly fine so I made it.

I found a case of canned mandarin oranges that expired in 2022, figgered they would be fine

They had turned brown yak
