I believe it is something democrats hope will happen under President Trump but I don't think it will.

The only thing that could damage me is if a recession impacts social security, wife and I receive over $5,500/month in social security alone, plus we have two government pensions totaling $1,800 which gives us $7,300. $87,600 a year not taxed a whole lot.

With zero debt and no mortgage we can live comfortably on $7,300 if we had to in the event the market totally collapsed and we lost all retirement savings.

But what happens if leftists want to do away with social security and/or government pensions?

If shyt hits the wall how prepared are you?

Government run stores are the future! Everyone will live in poverty (except us 'leaders')!

Actually, just this past week it was "leftists" who stopped Trump from cutting Social Security. moran
