You chat and ask them for the difference. Usually works. Sometimes - rarely - they tell you that you have to return the old item and buy the new item at the lower price. If that is the case, I just have them ship the new box and immediately do a return and ship it right back to them. But they are not dumb. They know it is much cheaper for them to just credit the difference.
