Giving Musk additional shares at each benchmark only dilutes the value of existing shares, not to mention the absurdly optimistic profit expectations.
His history shows consistent overpromising and underdelivering. His foray into DOGE was for the sole purpose of gutting the very agencies that would hold him accountable.
Anyone who trusts him is a fool.
