Why does anyone need "office supplies" when everything can be done on computers not using ink or papers?
I am trying to think of the last time I paid any bill by mail. Every last bill I have I pay online.

they should be out of business. You can get basic supplies at Walmart/Target and anything else on Amazon. The only thing I've printed out in recent times was for the DMV. I can just go to the local FedEx/Kinks and print for a $1.

They've become small time print shops on the side. They sell stuff that people still use in offices. Because office supplies are deductibles they still get business.

With Amazon.com, DoorDash, Instacart, Netflix, Spotify, video games, social media, etc, people no longer feel the need to go outside.
At the same time, the internet is getting flooded with AI-generated content, posts, reviews, videos, music, etc.
The average American is fat, lonely, and sitting at home, doomscrolling through endless AI slop.

I still LIKE going to the STAPLES store for some supplies, although they don't carry Packard Bell computers nor Kodak Brownie cameras anymore. Office Depot seems to have lost the people that made it a destination. And after all that effort to get my rewards account shifted to a 208 area code, too.
A LOT of items are on the internet now. Unfortunately many of them are now AI VAPORWARE, which are nothing but FRAUDS.
