Whytes and Asians dutifully attending medical school quietly, studying hard and taking their profession seriously are shocked at the incompetence they see clearly from DEI admissions. They don’t speak up because they know their futures would be destroyed. They shake their heads and try to tell themselves that the madness will never get beyond school and these people will not get offered any residency programs or be able to even pass state boards, making them harmless. Especially the foreign students seeing these absolutely unqualified people in the same programs they worked their asses off for.

But it turns out they do slip through and become licensed, deans of the med schools say so what? Not every doc has to be a genius, it isn’t that hard.

Also, medical schools cost a FORTUNE to build and another FORTUNE to maintain.  Nationwide the US only produces about 20,000 physicians a year. So for every subpar candidate they accept another candidate loses their spot.

I’ve had quite a few surgeries (both elective and non-elective), some very serious & some minor. I’ve always shied away from women & black surgeons. Just gut reaction. PLENTY of white male surgeons are absolutely sociopaths and frightening, try to ID and avoid them too. Not easy.

I would NEVER allow a black doctor to serve my needs.
