Yeah, that was my go to at first too.  It was incredible mathematically.  I didn't try too many statistics questions though. I doubt it is better than wolfram alpha.

the problem with it is the answers LOOK alright at a glance.   But sometimes there's something subtle that is wrong that blows the whole thing up.   Weird things that a human would never do.   Your brain is almost blind to these problems because "nobody would ever do that"

So you really have to look at the answer and you end up taking as much time looking for problems as it would take a human to solve it in the first place.

I subscribe to ChatGPT. Worth every penny. I’d pay more if they’d give my prompts higher priority. Lots of timeouts. It’s an incredibly valuable tool, but sure, it is still overhyped.
