If I was president I would:
1. Stop ALL foreign aid.
2. Institute a free medical care service similar to Australia.
3. Cut the military budget by half.
4. Wall the border and deport all illegal aliens. To work in the USA you need a government issued social security card that has a photo and any company that hires an illegal has a $20,000/day fine half of which would be given tax free to the company employee who turned the company in.
5. Declare war on drug trafficking. I would make Singapore look easy.
