As you all know I am NOT an anti-vaxxer () but in all honesty my experience with the phase 3 Novavax trial made me lose almost all confidence in the clinical trial process.  I think the government should be clamping down on it significantly to make sure the protocols are actually followed.  Participants should be randomly interviewed to ensure compliance.

I outright give my clinical trial experience an "F".  You could not even reach someone within 72 hours without physically going there in person.  They never returned phone calls, even when reporting possible symptoms.  Etc. etc.  I won't detail it all again.

They have pulled many vaccines off the market when there is a safety issue -- in some instances just 5 or 6 cases.

What is alleged here is hundreds of thousands of cases.

There are people who work for the government who monitor for safety signals. And every single vaccine batch is monitored and tested for safety.

And yet -- its still on the market.
