I have a big cast iron dutch oven, it cooks well, holds heat obviously. But it's so heavy, I'm not even sure where it is at the moment. - *edit I got a insta pot, which I use a lot instead.

I use a set of copper coated pans mostly. But I might get a high end carbon steel skillet to use instead. I do already have a carbon steel wok, but it's not well suited to a glass cook top.

I have a 1960's vintage Boy Scout official Trail Chef, still in it's original, well preserved green bag. Works just fine. Has for decades.

Had the trail kit too, but gave it away. rockon
