Should states - the government - be able to prohibit the use of birth control?  Can Tennessee refuse to recognize the marriage of a gay couple from another state?  Can states regulate consexual sex acts between adults that occur in private?

No.  I'm not sure that this decision saying that they're "returning regulation to the state" would preclude a Federal ban.  So probably not until 2025/2026.
