None of that will happen with a hostile anti-energy administration who will change policies on a whim.

Those investments work out over a decade and thye won't start the process knowing they are likely to be shut down and lose their money.

No, actually...production had fallen during 2020, plus there was a price war that depressed prices even further.

As new wells come onliine, our supply will increase. Already, Biden has granted 30% more drilling permits than Trump did. Takes about 18 months before it will start to make a difference.

But the greater problem is the Ukraine war, and excess demand. The economy simply opened faster than supply chains could be rebuilt.

Federal policies and regulations have a very direct effect on prices, as we are seeing.   He won't do the things that would actually help and in fact the things he will do will make it worse.
