The original VAERS report of a 2-year-old dying after receiving the Pfizer vaccine no longer exists. CDC spokeswoman Kristen Nordlund said via email that it was removed from the system for being "completely made up."

It would be like, if someone started a thread in CI that said "ITT, post names of people who are gay". You would get plenty of answers like "Elton John", or "Richard Simmons", or "Spanky", or "Phil". And then someone totally up the number of unique names and said "This means there are exactly 300,344 gay people".
