It was all fake as fuq anyhow, the few counties that followed up quickly found out the lists were useless bullshyt:

“ Butte County Clerk-Recorder Keaton Denlay said a DOJ demand letter was hand delivered to his office last Friday by a man who identified himself as a Homeland Security agent.

The letter alleged there were nearly 50 non-citizens who the DOJ believes are registered to vote in Butte County and have received a ballot.

Denlay said a review of that list found errors with more than half of the names listed not on Butte County's voter rolls. The letter included what Denlay believes was an Excel sheet with information like dates and addresses for the names listed.

He said much of that information was not enough to confirm the identities match what they have on Butte County's voter rolls.

Denlay said he was only able to verify that six of the names on the list were actually registered to vote in Butte County. Just because those people are registered doesn't mean they are illegally registered. "There still isn't sufficient evidence to suggest that they are not citizens," Denlay said. "These individuals already did everything they needed to do to be eligible to vote, and that's gonna remain the case. We can't take any action on what was provided to us."
