The higher the number, the easier to convict Trump and the more it will likely scare him.

The last numbers I saw said a little over a 1,000 vote lead, with an estimated 95% of the vote counted. There's still room, but they probably need another 10,000 to 20,000 votes at a minimum to be outstanding, and trending towards Hyde-Smith for her to have a chance.
