If this continues in 2028 we might have it where Democrats are able to convene a Constitutional Convention and add some amendments such as setting the new amount of SCOTUS.  And we will be able to impeach SCOTUS justices as well.  We could even repeal the second amendment and put something more reasonable in there.

And we only need 60 in the Senate to stop any fillibuster.  We are already at 55/56.
