You should let her chat with sweet pea as a go between, to see what she wants. The thing is women don't ever admit they're wrong. You're already steaming mad, if she was to "admit" she had made a mistake, then who knows how upset you'd get? My own mother once told me that older women don't tell younger women about their failures because they're embarrassed. It generational, they're vain and ridiculous, and most of their life choices were made for them by men that were bamboozling them.

I had a very direct conversation with her 10 years ago about the subject at hand which I described earlier in the thread.

In terms of driving 200 miles and showing up unannounced on someone’s door … no need to be explicit about that. It’s totally insane and not something any normal person would do.
