This money can then be redistributed to the bottom 80% starting at the very bottom and working upwards.  Note even some of the upper middle class will get hit by the tax because they benefited for decades from the class warfare against the lower classes.  The tax is also meant to knock down the wealthy a bit as justice for the exploitation.

We will find homeless people and seriously give them $500,000 to a million dollars each.  Elon Musk will be donating $500 billion alone.
