Refuse to allow bathroom access, get shyt right by your door.  At least the pooper was courteous enough to put it in the flower pot.

In my view, unless trespassed already, if you are refused bathroom access you ought to be paid a $1000 fine (first offense, 2nd offense $5,000)  by the business.

This is also why I tend not to go to small gas stations anymore.  I realized they can be "Bathroom Nazis" who keep the door locked and/or won't allow you to use the bathroom without buying something first.  Now usually I would buy something just to be a decent human being but AFTER using the bathroom, not before.  The problem is if you gotta go, the last thing you want is to play these games with the person behind the counter.  The other issue is with the bathroom constantly being out of order.  At the large chains like Racetrac, Wawa, and Buccees, you do not have to worry about this.

The problem was really the asshole manager who enacted the policy, not the employee or the flower pot shytter.  Look him in a room for 72 hours with no bathroom access and see how he likes it.

California can also be a bit backwards for how progressive they are.  There should be public toilets all over the place there but from what I understand there is not.
