Reason? Their parents (illegals) claim income of $0, placing anchor baby into the most dire impoverished at-risk group possible, at risk of severe malnutrition and starvation.

Only the illegal parents make quite a bit more than $0, and both the anchor baby & illegal parents are way overfed.

The lower the income they can claim the larger the welfare check to the household to support the anchor baby. All the money goes to new cars & remittance houses in their retirement countries.

That is the realm of Nurse Practitioners these days.

The inflation is because people go broke for the initial expense of care, then they end up in huge, inflated care systems that pay well and have attracted business because the gov is a guaranteed, if lower $ than desired, payee. They balanced this by requesting more appintments. To make up their billing difference by volume.

The side effect of this dynamic is that out-of-pocket costs follow this trend. Instead of 40 or 50 grand to hire a person to watch your granny, it costs 120k, because that’s what the government will pay for it for totally broke people.

It makes more sense to help people cover the inflated cost of care than to have a system that's designed to impoverish everyone and defeats generational wealth transfer for the middle class.
