Illegal aliens are very good at qualifying for free lunch, now free electric etc because they just pretend they don’t have any money. That’s why they all have nice cars, TVs, shopping habits, water park and beach habits, and their anchor babes have the best shoes in school 
They are somewhat bewildered at first when the gimmedats come pouring in, for things they never even asked for, and they can’t figure out if it’s a trick.

There are some other energy related things in the bill but the part getting attention today is expanding who qualifies for free electric starting January 2027.
