0.1823 per kWh all in (taxes, fees, etc.)

reminds me of my bill
all these data centers need to start paying their fair share
and these "delivery" charges are bullshyt - that's where they hide all the costs for connecting to data centers
the lines in my area are over 50 years old, "delivery" charges should be zero

You used ~700 kWh more than I did, but my all in bill was $252.

VP_Spiro_T_CheneyI sold 34.5KWh of power yesterday. The rate varies by time of day from 6 cents per KWh when the sun is high to $1.04 per KWh between 9pm and midnight (drawing down my Powerwalls).
Today is looking pretty similar, the batteries will be fully charged by noon and I’ll be racking up more credits. I won’t be a net user again until maybe late October.

34 x 450W panels, two Powerwall 3s.
The control system is set up to sell half my battery power during peak price hours.

Americans choose to...
- live in massive homes in car-dependent surburbia,
- use massive amounts of electricity,
- consume massive amounts of goyslop junk food until they're obese,
- drive massive SUVs everywhere,
And then bitch & moan about how the cost of living is too high, and how they can longer afford to live.

I am not bitching and moaning.
Just sharing. Perhaps even bragging a little.

In effect it’s a lease to own deal. No money up front, 25 year contract & pay by the month, they’re responsible for maintenance and repair. The important number is that it was about $200 monthly cash flow positive from day 1 and as power prices rise that will only get better.

How is the lease handled if you want to sell?

anon user #3I remember paying about $400 a month one winter approximately 26 years ago in central Illinois. It was an old house from the early 1900s with very drafty windows. I was a college student. Then next month I put the heater on 60, taped up the windows with that plastic, and then bought two oil filled space heaters for the bedrooms. It helped bring it down about $150.
