What we really need is an extra flat tax on those heavy electric vehicles that arent paying the gas tax.
Electric vehicles do up to 4.5x the damage to a road than a regular car does.

Also the upper leisure class needs to be punished too. A $10 service tax on every golf game, a $50 tax on every golf club sold, and a $2 tax on every golf ball.

A bigger priority is to punish the asshole members of the Amazon Vine program. Three restorative options I'd propose:
1) $5,000 per year climate/traffic congestion/road repair tax
2) Mandatory sponsorship of a migrant family in one's home for 3 months. They test the products in that timespan and get to keep them.
3) 5 Covid boosters delivered simultaneously to each nipple, then you write a "review" of the side effects as your body mutates into...
