If you actually spent significant time in black neighborhoods, you would understand that lots of blacks are stupid assholes that just act that way, harrass random people, steal stuff, try to start fights, etc.

In fact, he's actually one of the more responsible negroes, since he properly disposed of his litter in the trashcan.

Many nogs will literally throw garbage on the ground, even when there's a trashcan nearby.
