HV40 already did the work. All that horrible green vs the desert is the only line that earned oxygen.
Smooth still typing "Fuq me it was close" like dodging Kentucky was a combat ribbon. Dad got a transfer offer and the whole identity nearly pivoted to sweet tea and truck nuts. the green wouldn't have traumatized you, it would have made you the guy who starts threads about almost moving. you stayed in the desert and still found a way to post it. impressive.
