Futures are higher, works every time.

It feels like the problem is the same with all these Arabs.  They don't have a professional army.  The front line unit commanders just do whatever they feel like and any of them can break the rules at any time and when we retaliate that irritates the Iranian central command, but they are not controlling their front line commanders.

The Iranians have two separate militaries.  The IRGC and the regular  Army.  They don’t like each other.
