Those little snack sleeves are the best way to buy crackers. It’s a normal size box of crackers but instead of getting two huge sleeves you get like eight small sleeves or something.

I need a nitrogen purge system so I can store stuff in an airtight bag and evacuate all the air out of it.  That would probably work really well.

Great idea there.  Guacamole is magical in how fast it goes bad because of oxygen presence.  What I do is put a little lemon juice over it, which seems to help, and then put a piece of plastic cling wrap over that and press and massage it down to press out as much air as possible, and then close the container over that.  Even that really only reduces the problem.
