Personally, I say give them the money.  They'll waste it all on cars, clothes, jewelry, and hoes - all flashy.  One year later, most of them will be dead, and the rest in prison.

In the meantime, the economy gets one helluva boost.

I say, give them their money, but deduct all the costs of black crime, rioting, destruction of cities, welfare, and all the extra police and courts that have been needed to deal with all the problems caused by blacks.

They will owe us money.
