The average home price in Jackson, WY is $1.9 million.  When you leave your phone on the porch table to get another glass of ice tea, the neighbor kids aren't calculating if they can steal it before you get back.

'Welcoming' towns? I picture morons yelling 'HOWDY, NEIGHBOR!' and the endless twitch of curtains as my every movement is monitored.
