They have no chance on either of these.  Courts don't reverse their own opinions and the Supreme Court is not going to reverse a state supreme court on something that both is 100% a state matter and something they politically agree with anyway.

The same SCOTUS they have been cussing and hating all week, calling them satanic & promising to impeach as soon as possible except for 3?

When anchor babies get upheld 7-2 by SCOTUS the backlash will be preventing any possible pregnant intruder from staying or appearing on US soil. No rich Chinese tourists, no Russians, and no third world lying scum seeking gimmedats. ICE efforts & wall building & Visa busting will have to increase 100x to make sure any births here are legit.
