Mostly true, but not quite.

1) Cookies are unique across devices so if you use multiple devices, as many people do, I don't have any (easy) way to correlate that. Especially for people who use VPNs / proxies.

2) Registered accounts come with more trust, more privileges, and more features.

If you aren't using browser fingerprinting, you need to upgrade your Excel spreadsheet game. My spreadsheet on Aldiboi is getting unwieldy.
