Seems doing so is very hard in red states.

anon user #3Here the electric company is extremely unfriendly. If you are late a couple times they will charge you a deposit equal to two month's worth of usage even though they have smart meters and can cut you off remotely. And they will cut people off for being two weeks late despite having two months of deposits. And did I mention we have some of the highest rates in the country now after the recent increase?
I also forgot to mention it's impossible to reach a human now. So if there is a mistake somewhere, tough luck pretty much.

What is the rate off cutoffs in relation to the "brown rate?"
You know, would the rate of cutoffs look the exact same if they overlaid it with a minority map?

Idaho is pure whyte.
Why do you think Tom moved there?
Oklahoma is dramatically more whyte than Illinois but has a cutoff rate literally 30x higher.
Why don’t those whytes bootstrap themselves into paying their power bill?

I see what you are saying...
You think the majority of the 13 million cutoffs were in Idaho.
........................................................................
Why were most cutoffs in the south?
There is a simple answer:
You cant shut off electicity when its cold because they claim you will be killing them.
Where is it cold? In the north.
So they can never be honest with the numbers

I said no such thing. You have very low IQ. I only mentioned percentages. Nothing else. Why do whytes in Oklahoma get their electricity cut off so much?

Idaho isn’t in the south.
It still gets cold enough in the south to require heat.
You’re backpedaling feverishly.

Rates? Massachusetts is worse.
