Usually with these kind of ads you get a lot of bots checking on things - in addition to some real visitors.  But if the number is low, it's safe to assume most are bots.  Track click ratios on the site as well and look at Useragents to see if they are bots.

Getting on Amazon would probably give you some sales.  You might even do Vine to seed the reviews with some stars.  I think they charge $400USD and you have to up to 30 of the product for free.
