The evidence is clear: there isn't much evidence that turmeric helps with inflammation. There is some. But it is limited. There probably is no harm in it (in moderation), but there are now known, certain, significant benefits.

I've noticed people who are uninformed tend to lump actual science in with click bait fraud and can't seem to draw a clear distinction between the two resulting I dismissing valid science, and making ridiculous unprovable claims about health.

Not true - the absolute best gold standard treatment for bladder cancer is BCG, been for years. Damn near a total cure. Dirt cheap/ pharmaceutical companies can’t make any money from it. Cost is next to nothing.
BCG is a form of tuberculosis, used to wash out the interior of the bladder, like magic the cancer is gone.
Treatment is so cheap the problem is a constant shortage, since the greedy pharmaceutical companies don’t want to process & distribute a natural patent-free cure.

They had to start using 1 vial for 3 patients, having them share one dose of BCG since the pharmaceutical companies don’t like making it for cheap. The good news is they found out the 1/3 doses worked just as well as the full doses
