Claude doesn't do it better for free. Anthropic just launched Code Review. GitHub tightened Copilot's integration with actual pull requests. That's not 'better code.' That's 'fewer developers who know what code does.' Every integration point is a junior role cut. Somewhere right now, a hiring manager is running the numbers: 'Pay /month for Claude Code Review, or pay K for someone who understands the code they're reviewing?' You know how that math comes out. In 6 months, companies will have written 40% more lines of code with 20% fewer senior developers who understand what it does. That's the actual product.
