I'm looking for someone in Parker, Lynn Haven, Callaway or Springfield, Florida who can help me run JotTek, an Archive of Computer Specifications.

Jot down System Specifications, official links and SHA256 Checksums of Drivers, Owner's and Service Manuals of hundreds of systems.
Maintain JotTek webpages by implementing information and adjusting code.
Assemble and Disassemble Computers.

Has Familiarity with HTML 4 and CSS 2.

I think you may be referring to “Jotte’s Tech” / “Jottek”, which was (or is) a small enthusiast website that archived computer hardware specifications, especially older Macs and PCs.
It was not a major commercial database like:
• EveryMac
• CPU-World
• TechPowerUp
Instead, it appeared to be a hobbyist or enthusiast-run archive collecting:
• Model specs
• CPU details
• RAM limits
• Hardware comparisons
• Sometimes historical Apple hardware info
It has never been a widely recognized or authoritative industry archive.

I got curious too and did a search. I found some posts where he was discussing his website int he last few days. He deleted everything but Google still showed some of the text. Looks like it was something he was making relating to retro computing.
Good on them for trying and doing something "new" but $10 an hour with a NDA just isn't going to cut it...
