Gated communities are the future. Like Nancy Guthrie’s beautiful neighborhood but with a gate & guard.
Are property values still pretty low in Alabama/ Fl panhandle?
Seaside FL was nice but very expensive 30+ years ago

Currently only 5 homes for sale in Seaside.
Cheapest is 1000 sf and $2.1 million 
Not even on the beach. A phony ‘new urbanism’ town that looks super cute and keeps out the riff raff with high prices.

Rosemary Beach was invented because Seaside got too expensive. Now Rosemary Beach too swanky w/ $8million homes.
The panhandle of FL is practically Alabama and used to be for cheap white trash
