I'm going to use a palm oil crust, with buttermilk and baking powder.  00 flour.

I'll probably churn butter and use the buttermilk I get from that.

I'll probably have to wait most of the season for apples, but I'll take a look and see if I can find any. I don't like berries which are close to in season. Maybe I could use strawberries or something like that.
