Trump has no legal way to cancel elections. All elections are carried out at the state level. Trump has no authority over them in any way.
He can say it all he wants - elections will happen regardless.

They claimed Trump wouldn't leave office if he were defeated in 2020 also. They have dozens and dozens of things that never come true.

The Courts will not even consider his ranting as valid
The new Congressmen will show up, be administered the oath, perhaps even by a Judge, and take their seats
