I forgot about that. Apparently, so did Trump since it hasn't happened.

The problem is that the plan is idiotic. If you put a 10% ap on credit cards then people will just switch to other lending products at high rates. Probably payday loans.

The plan would be better if it was a universal usury cap. But, if we are following the law, Trump can't do this on his own.
