Even before firing, the agent is to the left of the vehicle, the wheels are to the right, his gun is drawn, and he has to have the gun pointed at a weird angle to aim at the driver since he is NOT in front of her and is off to the side of her:

First, let me be perfectly clear: I don't care if he was or wasn't in front of the car - I have no problem with him shooting a leftist dyke for being a leftist dyke.

That being said, he took his first shoot while in front of the car.  The video shows it, eye-witnesses say so, and there is a bullet hole through the windshield (how could there be a hole through the windshield if it wasn't perpendicular to the muzzle?).

But like I said: I don't give a shyt why he shot her; she inserted herself into a law enforcement operation that she had no part in nor legal right to interfere with.
