My idea to deport every illegal alien at no cost to the tax payer: Declare that the criminal code doesn't apply to illegals, and deny them access to the civil code.
If an illegal is raped, it's not a crime.
If an illegal is murdered, it's not a crime.
An illegal is precluded from bringing a civil action. Run over an illegal in a crosswalk? Don't worry - they can't sue you!
They would all self-deport if this were the case.

There are over 10 million most of which work hard, contribute to the economy and are not criminals
No changes in the law will make it easier to deport them as this is a gargantuan task that will ultimately fail

There are 30-50 million of them. More than half get free shyt courtesy of the working US taxpayer.
